Current MMTA/MTNA members must have their dues paid to MTNA by November 1 to enter students in the SATD program.  

Testing fees are $20 per student for AAAPTG locations (nonrefundable).

1. Register your students by the January 16, 2009 Deadline
   
2. Attend the necessary work day(s).
3. Work at the SATD where your students are participating.

Substitute workers must be approved in advance, by Mary Bates (add contact information) or Marian Boehl (add contact information).  Substitutes need to be qualified to do your job. Provide substitute's Name, Phone number (cell phone) and email address on the worker's preference sheet.

Regrettably, last-minute substitutes for your substitutes are not allowed. 

The final work schedule will be posted in early February. Call Marian Boehl at 649-6404 to discuss problems. For emergencies on the day of the event, call Mary Bates' cell phone at 657-1504.
 

If you don’t receive your student I.D. numbers by mid February, call Sara Carriere at 665-3322. 

Regrettably, only cancellations are allowed after registration. To report a student cancellation, call Sara Carriere at 665-3322. Leave the Teacher’s Name, the Student’s Name, the Student Level and ID number (if known). Sara’s phone number is for teacher’s use only, do not give that number to your student or their parents.

ALL graduating seniors and Level X students receive a trophy, even if they received one last year.
SAT trophies are available at the spring luncheon.  If you are unable to attend this luncheon, contact Chris Carlon, 480-3912.

Student results are available on site at the end of the testing day, in an envelope marked with the teacher’s name. Results are not mailed. Uncollected results from the first day will be available on the second day. If someone cannot pick up the results for the teacher, call Heidi Cowan 994-9198 after the event to make arrangements.

The wrap-up meeting is March 26, 2008, 9:30 am  at Heidi Cowan’s house. Send the Teacher’s Evaluation forms (state and local) to Heidi Cowan or bring them with you at the meeting.
