5 Step Registration


1. Pay Your Dues (by November 1)

Current MMTA/MTNA members must have their dues paid to MTNA by November 1 to enter students in the SATD program. Contact http://www.mtna.org/ to pay online. New teachers please contact T B D.



2. Inform Parents, Gather Student Information (usually in December)

Use the MMTA Student Achievement Testing Overview MMTA SAT Parent letter.pdf if you wish in addition to the SATD Student Information Form for each student entering SATD. SATD Student Information form .pdf 



3. Complete the E-Registration  - (Jan 16, 2009 Deadline)

Enter information for each student on the E-Registration form. E-Registration 2008 .xls 
For students playing outside Ann Arbor see aaaptg - Alternate Testing Sites 
Save the completed file under the teacher's name (e.g.,  08SATD Lin_Y.xls, or 08SATD BatesM.xls)

4. Fill out the Teacher Summary and Teacher Preferences sheets



5. Mail Three Items (Jan 16, 2009 Postmark Deadline)

  1. Teacher Summary Sheet 
  2. Teacher Preferences Sheet 
  3. A single check for the full registration amount made out to AAAPTG
